| The rental period is from Saturday 16.00 until Saturday

| Payments |

Booking
deposit is 20%. |
| Latest 8 weeks before the renting period, the whole
payment must be made. |

| Cancellation |
| If the booking is cancelled the following rules hold
compared to the renting period: |
| before 8 weeks: full refund of the payment. |
| less than 8 weeks: no refund of the payment made. |
| |

| Deposit |
| When the key is given, you must deposit 350 €. It is
recommended to deposit a check of this amount. If the inspection of the
house is in order, the deposit is
returned. |

| Cleaning |
| The cleaning is included in the fee. |
|
| Requirements |
| The number of persons agreed upon must be respected. It is
not allowed to invite other people to use the house or sleep, even if
there is space or beds. |
| In front of the house there is a small valley. It makes a
clear echo. It implies that noise in the house can be clearly heard in the
opposite houses. Therefore outdoor music is not allowed, and indoor
music must be played with closed windows. |

| Electricity |
| If the usage of electricity exceeds 50 € pr week, what
is above that value is subtracted from the deposit. Note, that hot water
is from solar panels. Thus, normal usage of electricity would be well
below 20 € pr week. |
|
| More than one week |
| Renting the house more than one week, the towels and linen
are changed and bathrooms cleaned. |
